This is a super cool post! Fox spun off the labs at one point (pretty early too like the 30s), which is why they were called Deluxe - not Fox. This is also why it survived, when the actual Fox assets (including the lots on both sides of Western) were demolished. I was wondering if there were any remnants of the old Fox days in the Deluxe buildings that you saw? So much history there.
